Groundhog's Day

The famous groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, saw his shadow this morning, so therefore is predicting six more weeks of winter. However, groundhogs in at least four other states did not see their shadows these include, Georgia, Ohio, West Virgina and New York. Even though there is not an official groundhog for Kansas, here at Copeland Insurance we're predicting that if we did, that little guy wouldn't have seen his shadow and would be frolicking in the prairie about now. With the recent warm temperatures that our area has been blessed with, we think spring will be gracing us with its true presence in just a couple of weeks!
