New Agents

During the long and hot summer we’ve added a few new additions to our team at Copeland Insurance Agency, Lance Sharp, Mike Rhodes and Katie Maddy. Two of our new agents, Lance and Katie,  traveled to Columbus, OH to partake in the PaceSetter program. This program selects only 100 licensed insurance agents from across the nation to participate in this year-long commitment to professional and personal growth. To even be selected Katie and Lance went through extensive tests and interviews. After graduating from this fantastic program Lance and Katie have really hit the ground running! We’re excited and proud to welcome them to the group! Katie Maddy, K-State Graduate, and Lance Sharp, Riley County native and Fort Hays University graduate, will service all lines of personal and commercial insurance, including home, auto, business, farm, and life. Mike Rhodes has joined us in our Junction City office as a full-time licensed agent! He will be responsible for new sales for auto, home, business, farm, and life insurance.  Mike is a Junction City native, and has served the city as commissioner and mayor.  For all your insurance needs, he is located at 910 S.
